Venezuela ven\u00eda con la necesidad de recuperar unidades perdidas luego de caer por goleada en el Alto 4-0 ante Bolivia, se enfrent\u00f3 a un elenco charr\u00faa que lleg\u00f3 a Matur\u00edn con 11 bajas incluidas con muchas de sus figuras estelares sancionadas y lesionadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La Vinotinto inicio presionando en bloque alto y llevando la iniciativa teniendo las mejores ocasiones pero sin suerte en la definici\u00f3n, Uruguay se limitaba a resguardarse en su mitad de cancha y a jugar a frenar las acciones con falta.
