Esta contar\u00e1 con solo 15 equipos tras la salida del Deportivo Lara y Zulia FC dado que el Deportivo Rayo Zuliano que adquiri\u00f3 sus derechos, para la venidera campa\u00f1a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La temporada iniciar\u00e1 fase todos contra todos, con un equipo descansando por fecha. Los cuatros primeros clasificados disputar\u00e1n una fase final; Los dos mejores jugar\u00e1n la final. Adem\u00e1s, obtendr\u00e1n un cupo para la Copa Conmebol Libertadores 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para esta temporada no habr\u00e1 cuadrangulares para decidir los cupos a la Copa Conmebol Sudamericana 2024, sino que se definir\u00e1n por las posiciones en las tablas de la fase regular.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El campe\u00f3n de la Liga Futve 2 asciende directamente a la Primera Divisi\u00f3n, mientras que el \u00faltimo lugar de la Liga Futve juega una serie de promoci\u00f3n con el subcampe\u00f3n de la segunda divisi\u00f3n.
